Tanya Moralez is a native of Hong Kong, and received her tertiary education in bilingual studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Tanya's passion for linguistics, total cultural immersion, and experience working with multinational companies have fuelled her career ambitions, and provided her with an international perspective and heightened cultural sensitivity.

Tanya was the former Newsroom Editor and Supervisor at Fortune 500 Berkshire Hathaway company, Business Wire. She also worked with IYUNO Media Group on numerous translation and localisation projects.

Tanya serves as the Chief Editor for Fenix TLS. She is also the Co-Founder, Head of Transcreation and Language Solutions of MINEO, a fully-owned subsidiary of Fenix TLS.

Visionary and Innovator, Dominique Moralez has served as International Business Development Director and Strategic Consultant to international and local brands in a variety of industries including Entertainment, Health and Wellbeing, Financial Services, Food and Beverage, Multimedia, and Blockchain..

Dominique Moralez is the founder of MINEO, an investor-matching platform for early-stage investment opportunities, co-founder of Fenix Studios HK, a full service media production company; founder of Fenix Rising, an early stage investment news portal focused on Greater China and Asia Pacific, and founder of MINEO DOCS, an automated legal documentation platform for startups and SMEs.

Vivian Lam has extensive international experience as a Visual Designer, having worked with brands including Charriol, where she was responsible for overseeing 100+ licensed locations in China, and created all branding, visual and promotional materials for The Baselworld, the world’s largest watch and jewellery fair, held in Switzerland. Vivian Lam is a graduate of University of the Arts, London, UK, and recipient of the prestigious Domus Academy scholarship in Milan, Italy.

Cynthia Edralin Li graduated with honours in translation from Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Applying her linguistic knowledge and translations skills, Cynthia excels in providing superior transcreation to local and overseas clients, with a focus on the localisation of marketing, financial, and legal documentation. Her contribution to large scale projects, including Macau Yearbook, coupled with experience working for a premier investor relations firm, provides both industry specific expertise and a diversified transcreation approach to clients throughout Greater China and worldwide.
